1. Booking Methods
Reservations at "Casa De Luca" and "Le Terme di Velia" can be made through the website, by phone, or via online booking platforms (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking, etc.
2. Payments
The stay must be paid in advance.
- Guests can pay the full amount at the time of booking or make a deposit.
- In some cases, a confirmation deposit may be required.
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, bank transfer, and cash.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 60 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Check-in can be done via self-check-in or key handover.
All guests must present a valid ID (Italian identity card or passport for foreign citizens) for identification.
5. House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Guests must respect common areas and the peace of the neighborhood.
- The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
6. Damages and Liability
Any damages to the property or furnishings will be assessed and charged to the responsible guests.
7. Jurisdiction
For any legal disputes, the competent court is Vallo della Lucania (SA).
